The Charles Vineyard is our "house style" Pinot Noir, beautifully balancing our estate fruit with a hint of toasty French oak.
The 2011 was fermented with wild yeast and wild ML strains with 10% whole clusters. It was aged in 40% new French oak barrels, with the remainder three or more years old. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Ingredients: grapes, tartaric acid and sulfur dioxide. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
