Produced from just a few blocks of Pommard clone of Pinot Noir from our estate, this Pinot Noir is slightly riper and toastier than our other releases, but with beautifully balanced acid and fruit.
The 2013 Clone 05 Pinot Noir is crafted with the same gentle methods as our other Pinots: hand-harvested, 60% destemmed with 40% whole clusters, hand punch downs, then fermented with wild yeast and wild ML cultures. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
